CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEES AT FRONT: # LOCK FRONT DOOR # (Turn off) Lights for popcorn machine. # Be Sure Film Corn Hole Board Is Out. # Write up any left over orders from the day # Look at Customer Payment Reports in Labworks for cash total for the day - Tools --> Financial --> Activity --> Payments --> Detail --> Export --> Print. # Count cash - make sure it matches up with cash on Customer Payment Report ( $300 goes into metal lock box ) # Log out of Labworks and turn off monitors - restart computers # Give today's cash/checks/ along with order paperwork to Glen and put cash in lock box (Next to Phone), lock it, and put key on the hook in the "employees only" room. # Empty out trash cans in customer service area and in the lobby. # Vacuum the front area including behind the front counter. This comes after whatever closing duties are assigned to your position. (**last one out of the building**) # Be sure lights are off in front and shipping area # Check to be sure air dryer on the wall beside refrigerator is off # Check to be sure air compressor is off. # Summertime: Turn Off exhaust fan above film processors and turn on powerful one above Frontiers. (upper right corner: #1 top red off, #3- 3rd down turn on) # To turn on alarm: Press Away on Alarm system on top right. You have 60 seconds to get out of the building before you become an intruder. # Turn off lights by back door. # Be sure rear glass door is locked as well as the door with combination lock.
