In order for our framed prints to fit into our over matts with minimal cropping, the image is sized onto a canvas size that is the same as the frame size. If you need to do a custom setup for a customer, the sizes below will help you do that.
 
All orders for framed prints come in with a print code in ColorStation that needs to be modified the technician to reflect the paper surface chosen by the customer. You can find the paper surface selected by the customer on the work order. Matte, Glossy or Metallic. Keep in mind you MUST NOT rotate images while doing the color corrections in ColorStation. Perform color corrections as you normally would and then release the job with the new modified print code.
