Whenever a customer is trying to transfer files to us, a new option we have available to get us the files is to do it via our own wetransfer page found here:
https://colorservices.wetransfer.com/
The nice thing about using this versus doing it via Dropbox is that they don't have to create an account.
They can simply drag and drop the files, type a message to us and hit send. maximum of up to 10gb per transfer.
These orders do not go into production automatically. When an email is received giving notice that a customer has sent us files via WeTransfer, Customer Service staff will have to:
- Email Customer and let them know we've received the order and follow up with any needed clarification and deposit if necessary
- Download the files
- Create a Work Order in LabWorks
- Place the files in a folder for production staff
