Files that come in via Frontline will periodically fail and need to be retrieved. These include Express and SCSPro, Frontweb Design, Hipstamatic and PiccaPrint orders.
- 1. On the Frontline Computer open the search function on the explorer window.
- 2. Type orderFailed.xml into the file name field.
- 3. Select FTC in the "look in:" field.
- 4. Check the "within the last week" bubble under "When was it last modified."
- 5. Perform the search. Any orderFailed.xml files must be changed by clicking the file name twice and editing the file name to order.xml. Once the change is made the file should switch back to "orderFailed.xml" for a few seconds before disappearing from the search folder. This means the file has been successfully retrieved.
