For the Cottage Hospital "Party in the Pit" event, August 2015:
When e-mails come in from Monica Ray at Cottage Hospital, the orders need to be written up and put into production. Proceed as follows:
1. Print out the e-mail to accompany work order as a reference.
2. Write up under Cottage Hospital Media Services
3. In the PO field enter the order number
4. In the reference enter the customer's name
5. Drop Ship to the ship to individual on the e-mail
6. There are only 3 sizes be offered and write them up as FT prints with the following prices: (PD Lustre) 4x6 = $3.00 5x7 = $5.00 8x10 = $10.00
7. Shipping is USPS Priority Mail = $7.00
8. Images are located: Q:\1_Images\SAVE---CottagePartyInThePit
9. Be sure it is clear as to what file numbers Rene is to print
