Mugs are printed using specific inks and paper in order to prepare the image for transfer onto the mug. This process is known as dye sublimation heat transfer printing. We have a Ricoh GX7000 printer that's dedicated for this process. We are now producing 11oz Photo Mugs in-house.


Printing

Mugs are printed using specific inks and paper in order to prepare the image for transfer onto the mug. This process is known as dye sublimation heat transfer printing. We have a Ricoh GX7000 printer that's dedicated for this process. You will need to make sure you have the necessary print drivers installed on your computer before attempting to print on this device.
