We are now producing 11oz Photo Mugs in-house.
Printing
Mugs are printed using specific inks and paper in order to prepare the image for transfer onto the mug. This process is known as dye sublimation heat transfer printing. We have a Ricoh GX7000 printer that's dedicated for this process. You will need to make sure you have the necessary print drivers installed on your computer before attempting to print on this device.
Transferring image onto Mug
- Preheat the Geo Knight DK3 mug press.
- - Flip the on switch on the back of the unit.
- - Wait for the unit to initialize.
- - Press the PRG button.
- - ^ so you see the program change to 1.
- - Press the PRG to select program 1.
