This is an error code that comes up periodically on the Frontier 570.

G laser (G-SHG) optimal temperature setting periods.
Press [Help] button to see error help (or manual). Set optimal temperature for G laser (G-SHG) while referring to it.

Course of Action for Frontier 570

1. In the admin-Panda application on the 570 computer, click on 4-Maintenance on the lower part of the application window.
2. A window will open up. Type the password 7777 and click enter. This will let you enter the application as an administrator.
3. Click on 5-Printer Adjustment/Maintenance.
4. Then click on item [454] - G Laser(SHG) Optimal Temperature Setup.
5. Click Enter. This will cause the system to perform the laser optimal temperature adjustment. The process will take about 5 minutes.
6. Once the process it finished the Measured value should read OK.
7. Click Close. This will take you back to the admin-Panda and you'll be ready to start printing.

Course of Action for Frontier 370

1. In the LP Controller application on the 370 computer, click on 4-Setup and Maintenance on the lower right of the application window.
2. A window will open up. Click the drop down menu for User Name and select SE2. Type the password 7777 and click enter. This will let you enter the application as an administrator.
3. Click on 5-Printer Adjustment/Maintenance.
4. Then double-click on item 4 - G,B Laser(SHG) Optimal Temperature Setup.
5. A new window will open up that reads Perform the G,B laser(SHG) optimal temperature setup. Go ahead and click Enter. This will cause the system to perform the laser optimal temperature adjustment. The process will take about 5 minutes.
6. Once the process it finished the Measured value should read OK.
7. Click End. This will take you back to the Setup and Maintenance Menu. Go ahead and click End and the upper left to exit out and start printing as normal.
