Payment Duplication - When multiple items are ordered at the same time and Dakis multiplies the payment, edit the orders in LabWorks as follows:
1. Bring up first Work Order.
2. Click on the "DEPOSIT" button.
3. See the $ amount in BOLD TYPE and SUBTRACT that amount in "Deposit Amount" box and for "Payment Type" select Web Prepaid.
5. Totals should now balance.
6. Repeat Steps 1-5 for all Work Orders in the duplicated group.
NOTE: When the order is to be SHIPPED, the shipping must also be corrected. Leave the shipping total on 1 Work Order and edit the shipping cost to zero on all other Work Orders.
