Whenever a customer is trying to transfer files to us, a new option we have available to get us the files is to do it via our own wetransfer page found here:
https://colorservices.wetransfer.com/
The nice thing about using this versus doing it via Dropbox is that they don't have to create an account.
They can simply drag and drop the files, type a message to us and hit send. maximum of up to 10gb per transfer.
These order do not go into production automatically. Customer Service staff will have to download the file(s), create a Work Order in LabWorks and place the file in an appropriately located folder for production staff.
