To Transfer Calls to other lines:
Transfer
Blind Transfer
Press line of person you will be transferring to
Phone call should be transferred!



To put customers on hold:
2 options:
Press 'pause' button
OR
'Park' customers on Park 1, 2 or 3. Whatever is open



To pick up call after holding:
Select location you've 'parked' customer.
OR
Click back on your own line if you have just paused the call. (phone line on top left.)
