Part In The Pit

When Part In The Pit Orders Come in ONE must write up an order.

1.) Print Out E-mail to accompany work order as a reference.

2.) Write up under Cottage Health Media Services

3.) In the PO field enter the Order Number

4.) In The reference add the customers name

5.) Dropship to the individual from the e-mail

6.) There are only three sizes we offer: 4x6 @ $3, 5x7 @ $5, and 8x10 @ $10

7.) Shipping is USPS Priority Mail = $7.00

8.) Images are located Q:\1_Images\Cottage Health and SB Inn Event

9.) Be sure to write down the numbers of each file under their (size) line item.

10.)After the order is shipped, e-mail a copy of the Invoice to Esther Takacs <e1takacs@sbch.org> PRIOR to e-mailing edit the shipping portion by unchecking the drop ship otherwise the prices will not show up.
