Payment Duplication

When multiple items are ordered at the same time and Dakis multiplies the payment, edit the orders in LabWorks as follows:

1. Bring up first Work Order.
2. Click on the "DEPOSIT" button.
3. See the $ amount in BOLD TYPE and SUBTRACT that amount in the "Deposit Amount" box and for "Payment Type" select Web Prepaid.
4. Totals should now balance.
5. Repeat Steps 1-5 for all Work Orders in the duplicated group.

NOTE: When the order is to be SHIPPED, the shipping must also be corrected. Leave the shipping total on ONE Work Order and edit the shipping cost to zero on all other Work Orders.
