7/22/13 - $45.64 credit applied to customer's FW account in compensation for confusion over selecting color correction on new Express ordering system. This mistake will not be compensated in the future.

9/10/13 - Customer spent aforementioned credit. She continues to order through Express with a "Do not adjust color" instruction in her message to the lab. She has already been referred to Economy Express for orders of this nature. Do not grant anymore compensation for this mistake.
