Shipping to Outlabs: Fromex, Fullerton Digital, Petersons

1. Shipping DVD transfers to Peterson’s Video Transfer

   Bill shipping to Peterson’s FedEx Acct # 3133-5322-2

The shipper does not need to do anything in Labworks.

You should receive the orders in white plastic Order Bags (film reels and/or videotapes). There should be a duplicate Order Form in a pouch in the front of the order bag.

a. Be sure Color Services’ name is on the Order Form and on the Order Bag. You can write it on or use a label.

b. Seal the Work Order Bag in 2 places --- at the top of the bag and the Work Order pouch.

c. Put the order(s) into a brown box. Multiple orders can be shipped together. Peterson’s will know from the Order Forms and the return address on the shipping box that it is from us.

d. Make a FedEx Ground label with “Integration Off” and BILL SHIPPING TO RECIPIENT on Peterson’s FedEx Account.

e. Place package at the back door.

2. Shipping E6 Film Processing to Fromex

    Bill shipping to Color Services FedEx Acct
  

The shipper does not need to do anything in Labworks.

You should receive unprocessed film in film bags. Some bags will include a Dexter’s sticker.

a. Be sure Color Services’ name is on each film bag. Some, from Dexters, may not have our name. In this case, you can use a label from the file drawer.

b. Be sure each film bag has a “To Fromex Photo & Digital” tag taped on the front indicating E6 SLEEVE. (This is the only thing we have them do. We want to be sure they don’t do any scans.)

c. Put the film bags into a brown box. Multiple orders can be shipped together. Fromex will know by Color Services name on the film bags and the return address on the shipping box that it is from us.

d. Make a FedEx Ground label with “Integration Off” and BILL SHIPPING TO COLOR SERVICES FedEx Account.

e. Place package at the back door.

3. Shipping Acrylic Prints to Fullerton Digital

   Bill shipping to Color Services FedEx Acct
  

The shipper does not need to do anything in Labworks.

We are sending Chromira prints to be face-mounted to acylic. We always send an extra print because the mess-up rate is high for this procedure.

a. Be sure a Fullerton Digital “Acrylic Face Mount Order Form” is filled out and enclosed.

b. Do not ship the LabWorks work order. This stays at Color Services. Put a tag on the front documenting the ship date and put in tray on top shelf at Kayla’s work station.

d. Make a FedEx Ground label with “Integration Off” and BILL SHIPPING TO COLOR SERVICES on our Account. Type the Labworks Order # into FedEx for our reference and send an email notification to mylab@colorservices.com.

e. Place package at the back door.
