for example -
film ASA/ISO 400 exposed at 160 film has to be pulled
film ASA/ISO 160 exposed at 400 film has to be pushed

This is reversal process that yields transparencies. Since slide mounts are no longer manufactured, we can no longer provide mounted slides as an option on 35mm E6 processing. We no longer provide E6 processing - recommending Richard Photo Lab in LA

This is a color negative processing.
Cross Processing E-6 in C-41
Normally film will come out contrasty. The film type also is a factor in how contrasty. Some people push their film 1 Stop but is not necessary.
