Editing Dakis Orders Stuck or Not Downloading

For a number of reasons the Dakis Downloader will stop downloading orders. Sometimes it's because Outside Open has run patches that evening. Other times it will crash when large orders are trying to download and the download stalls in the middle of it. Either way, this is what you need to do in order to get the downloads rolling again.

<b>1. Remote into VCSFrontweb.</b><br>
In the search bar of the DI Dept computer (Liam's machine), type in Remote Desktop and launch that application. From the drop down menu, choose VCSFRONTWEB. Hit OK. The password is already set. This will launch a new window which will bring up the VCSFRONTWEB Virtual Desktop.<br>
<b>2. Get the Dakis Downloader Back Online</b><br> If the Dakis Downloader is not open, find the Dakis Downloader application shortcut on the desktop and launch. This will initially bring up a black command window box. You can minimize that, but don't close it out. It needs to be open to keep the Dakis Downloader running.<br>
<b>3. Initiate the downloads</b><br>It will take a few moments to reload all the orders in the queue. Wait for that to happen and hit the check now button at the top of the application.
