Editing COPYRIGHT INFORMATION

A copyright release needs to be obtained for any work with copyright info on it - whether it be a stamp, the paper saying it is copywritten or the backprinting saying so. 

Company Procedures - 

Olan Mills/Lifetouch - they are very strict on copyrighted materials and have been known to sue companies who duplicate their work - do not take jobs unless customer has received the OK to do the job. We cannot call Olan Mills/Lifetouch on behalf of the customer - it must be a family member to do so. They can have the email copyright release sent to Color Services email if needed. They can call 1-800-251-6320 to get a release. They are located in Minnesota so their time zone is Central - 2 hours ahead of us. They close at 2:30PM our time.
