Editing Dakis Orders Stuck or Not Downloading (section)

== Dakis Orders Not In Labworks ==
This can happen from time to time, but less of an occurrence IF the downloader is on and downloading the orders. In the case the all those things look fine, you should check in Labworks. This will help you figure out what's happening.
# Go to Labworks>Tools>Dashboard. This will open up a window that has two frames within it. On the right hand side the frame is called "Files not Processed". What's kinda easy to overlook is that there are two scroll bars on the right side. One is for the frame on the right, then right next to it is a scroll bar for the entire window. You want to use the outer most scroll bar to scroll down and reveal the status of the Queue. If there are no files in the Queue, that means that Greg's uploader is not working. Simply restart VCSFrontweb, wait about 5 minutes and then log back in. Restart the downloader. It should start working momentarily. Greg's uploader cycles about every 15 minutes. Then Labworks has its own cycle for processing those order files.
# In the case there are orders in the queue and they're still not showing up in LW after about 15 minutes of seeing that they're waiting and not being processed... You'll want to reach out to May at Labworks. Email her and let her know that the the Order XML files are not being processed. She can check on her end and will fix the issue.<br><br>
