There is a company that does work on ACTUAL photographs that customers want to be restored. FACL - Fine Art Conservation Lab - http://www.fineartconservationlab.com/ - They are in SB No clue on how much they cost. '''MONTECITO MUDSLIDE PHOTO DAMAGE''' Contact: Andrew or Kate at FACL. (Andrew is the one mostly handling the Montecito photo damage.) '''564-3438''' 907 Philinda Avenue Santa Barbara, CA 93103 They can do "superficial cleaning" (removal of mud and smell) and make high res copies. That is the extent of their service. It is not a fast process and they may be bringing on more staff to help with this effort. (Color Services can then do photo restorations and prints from the digital files.) They seem interested in volume work and said if it's only one photo, they're probably better off going elsewhere.
