There is a company that does work on ACTUAL photographs that customers want to be restored.

They can do "superficial cleaning" (removal of mud and smell) and make high res copies. That is the extent of their service. It is not a fast process and they may be bringing on more staff to help with this effort. (Color Services can then do photo restorations and prints from the digital files.)

They seem interested in volume work and said if it's only one photo, they're probably better off going elsewhere.
