== Adjusting the Platen Gap for a Specific Media ==
We currently have one media that we print on that is a bit more finicky. In order to print with that media successfully, we have to adjust the platen gap. When making this adjustment, make sure to set the platen gap back to our default which is "Standard".<br><br>

  1. Press Menu
  2. Select TEST PRINT
  3. Select NOZZLE CHECK, and wait for the print
  4. Check the printed pattern for missing segments and dots. If you find some, run a cleaning cycle and print another test.
