Glen is currently taking the Passport Photos. DO NOT SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS FROM 1-2:30PM when he goes to lunch. Photo(s) will be ready the following business day, unless requested same day and we have confirmation from the technician. When you make an appointment, put on Google Passport Photo Calendar and send and invite to Glen@colorservices.com, rene@colorservices.com, liam@colorservices.com.
Please take down ALL of the persons info:
1.First & last name with correct spelling,
2. Phone number,
3. E-mail address.
4. Ask if it is for a U.S. or International passport. Customer must bring size requirements for International Passport photos. We have dimensions for Canada.
5. Tell that we also always take a deposit upon arrival.
If the person has taken a valid passport themselves, we can print. This is priced out for $15.00 setup fee and a standard print price.
Work Order
We will use PD Lustre unless otherwise specified by the customer or passport requirements. Print 2 copies. Production staff has templates for proper sizing for U.S. and Canadian passport photos.
For extra passport prints, this is not in the passport section of LabWorks. it is in the standard print section however if you just put the sales code PASSPORT in labworks it will come up.
Be sure to indicate "NO BACKPRINTING" on Work Order!
Costs
$20.00 for a U.S. Passport & Additionals are $5.00
$30.00 for International Passports & Additionals are $5.00
$45.00 for Canadian Passports & Additionals are $5.00. On Canadian Passports there is required information that is required on the back of 1 of the photos.

INTERNATIONAL $75.

United States Requirements
Your passport photo must be:
In color
Printed on matte or glossy photo quality paper
2 x 2 inches (51 x 51 mm) in size
Sized such that the head is between 1 inch and 1 3/8 inches (between 25 and 35 mm) from the bottom of the chin to the top of the head. View the Photo Composition Template for more size requirement details.
Taken within the last 6 months to reflect your current appearance
Taken in front of a plain white or off-white background
Taken in full-face view directly facing the camera
Taken with a neutral facial expression (preferred) or a natural smile, and with both eyes open
Glasses cannot be worn. If the glasses cannot be removed for medical reasons, then a signed note from their doctor is required.
