Passport Photos

Madison & Liam are currently taking the Passport Photos. Try not to schedule appts. when both of them are at lunch, around 1-2:00 pm. Photo(s) will be ready the following business day, unless requested same day and we have confirmation from the technician. When you make an appointment, put their first name, phone number, and type of passport(s) on Google Calendar and send an invite to Glen@colorservices.com. Try to let people know when they make appointments about the turnaround time, the cost if its Canadian or International especially, and not to wear white/light colors.

Customer may need to bring size requirements for International Passport photos, we have a variety in the accordion folder in the far right drawer at the front desk. We have dimensions for Canada.

ALWAYS take payment upon arrival.

If the person has taken a valid passport themselves, we can print. This is priced out for $10.00 setup fee and the $5 additional passport set photos line item.

Work Order
We will use PD Lustre unless otherwise specified by the customer or passport requirements. Print 2 copies. Production staff has templates for proper sizing for U.S., Canadian, and a handful of International passport photos.
For extra passport prints, this is not in the passport section of LabWorks. it is in the standard print section however if you just put the sales code PASSPORT in labworks it will come up.

Costs
$25.00 for a U.S. Passport & Additionals are $5.00
$45.00 for International Passports & Additionals are $5.00
$60.00 for Canadian Passports & Additionals are $5.00. On Canadian Passports there is required information that is required on the back of 1 of the photos.

NOTICE: Prices above are for Ages 4-adult.
Children up to 4 years old are priced as follows:
US $65
CANADA $95
INTERNATIONAL $85.
Babies up to 18 months are photographed in cars seats only. Please bring your car seat and a white blanket.

Canada requires 2 photos with no backprinting.
On the back of 1 photo, hand-write the following information:
1. Color Services, 230 E. Cota St., Santa Barbara, USA 93101
2. Date photo was taken.

Electronic copy for any country is an additional $10.If they ONLY get digital, it is the full cost for whatever country they are getting it for.

United States Requirements
Your passport photo must be:
In color
Printed on matte or glossy photo quality paper
2 x 2 inches (51 x 51 mm) in size
Sized such that the head is between 1 inch and 1 3/8 inches (between 25 and 35 mm) from the bottom of the chin to the top of the head. View the Photo Composition Template for more size requirement details.
Taken within the last 6 months to reflect your current appearance
Taken in front of a plain white or off-white background
Taken in full-face view directly facing the camera
Taken with a neutral facial expression (preferred) or a natural smile, and with both eyes open

Glasses cannot be worn for most countries, including US. Please double check for the country you are taking the photo for if unsure. If the glasses cannot be removed for medical reasons, then a signed note from their doctor is required.
