For a number of reasons the Dakis Downloader will stop downloading orders. Sometimes it's because Outside Open has run patches that evening. Other times it will crash when large orders are trying to download and the download stalls in the middle of it. Either way, this is what you need to do in order to get the downloads rolling again.
1. Remote into VCSFrontweb.
In the search bar of the DI Dept computer (Liam's machine), type in Remote Desktop and launch the Remote Desktop Connection application.

2. Connect to VCSFrontweb
From the drop down menu, choose VCSFRONTWEB. Hit OK. The password is already set. This will launch a new window which will bring up the VCSFRONTWEB Virtual Desktop.

3. The Connection Will Load
This is essentially what it will look like. It will be like a window with another desktop inside of it.

4. Get the Dakis Downloader Back Online
If the Dakis Downloader is not open, find the Dakis Downloader application shortcut on the desktop and launch. This will initially bring up a black command window box. You can minimize that, but don't close it out. I typically just leave it. It needs to be open to keep the Dakis Downloader running. The actual Dakis Downloader will eventually load.

5. Initiate the downloads
It will take a few moments to reload all the orders in the queue. Wait for that to happen and hit the check now button at the top of the application. The application checks for new downloads on it's own since we always have it "Auto Check" button on, but that could take another 10 minutes or so for it to hit its next cycle. "Check Now" will getting rolling right away.

6. Check the IPS Order Manager
Make sure the IPS Order manager is open and running too. This application pushes the orders onto Frontline or to the network depending on the given product.

7. Launch the IPS Order Manager If Needed
There's a shortcut on the desktop to launch this application.
