Onyx Thrive is the RIP that runs both the Epson P9000 and the HP Latex 365.

We currently have a support contract that gives us email support and software updates. It's set to expire in May of 2024. In addition, Onyx's YouTube channel has quite a bit of resources on how to install and do various other tasks.

Backups
On 4-12-2024, we updated our Thrive Software to version 25.5.1. At that time we made a backup of both the printers (PrnInst) and also the media (OML).
