Onyx Thrive is the RIP that runs both the Epson P9000 and the HP Latex 365.
Support
We currently have a support contract that gives us phone and email support as well as software updates. It's set to expire in May of 2024. In addition, Onyx's YouTube channel has quite a bit of resources on how to install and do various other tasks.
