We use FedEx Ship Manager software for our shipping. It integrates with Lab Works. Removing the Integration function with Lab Works can be done in the Integration Tab.

When there is a Windows error that FedEx Ship Manager cannot be accessed, this is a database error within the software. You need to call FedEx support. They will need to remote in to repair the issue. The last occurred on 04/18/13.(Case #33475922)
To locate past shipments within FedEx Ship Manager: Reports Tab / Select Courtesy Shipped to Retail Adjust Date Range Choose Screen or Print
