When there is a Windows error that FedEx Ship Manager cannot be accessed, this is a database error within the software. You need to call FedEx support. They will need to remote in to repair the issue. The last occurred on 10/14/24.(Case TR-3214923)

When using FedEx services, Remember.... FedEx Ground CANNOT deliver to Post Office Boxes. For P.O. Boxes use SMART POST
