Popcorn
Supplies are in the cabinet under the Popcorn Machine and SALT is in the "Employees Only" closet next to the popcorn machine.
Recipe:
7-9 pumps of oil
2-3 scoops of popcorn
Turn on kettle to warm up, put in oil then kernels, turn on button to spin kernels and close kettle. Add Salt to popcorn as it cooks and mix around. Turn off heat about halfway through heating, or popcorn might burn. Let kettle motor keep running until popcorn fully stops popping. Then dump out kettle and add more salt, stir around as needed. Keep warming light on during business hours.
