Supplies are in the cabinet under the Popcorn Machine and SALT is in the "Employees Only" closet next to the popcorn machine.
Recipe:
7-9 pumps of oil
2-3 scoops of popcorn
Turn on kettle to warm up, put in oil then kernels, turn on kettle motor and close kettle. Add salt to popcorn as it cooks and mix around. Turn off heat about half or three quarters through heating, or popcorn might burn. Let kettle motor keep running until popcorn fully stops popping. Dump out kettle and add more salt, mix around as needed. Keep warming light on during business hours.
