Cottage Health Events

When Cottage Health Orders Come in YOU must write up an order UNDER INDIVIDUALS NAME NOT UNDER COTTAGE HEALTH.

Orders come in like Dakis now (2017) Payment comes through PayPal, make sure to put the deposit on through Paypal,' when writing up the order.

1.) Glen needs two sheets, the one that automatically comes out and the written work order to go with it.

2.) Write up under Customers name

3.) In the PO field enter the Order Number

4.) In The reference add the event

5.) Ship to the individual from the e-mail

6.) There are only three sizes we offer: 4x6 @ $3, 5x7 @ $5, and 8x10 @ $10 with PD Lustre

7.) Shipping is USPS Priority Mail = $8.00

8.) Images are located Q:\1_Images\Cottage Health and Tiara Ball

9.) Be sure to write down the numbers of each file under their (size) line item. I.e. 5x7 - file: 00938

10.)After the order is shipped, e-mail a copy of the Invoice to customer.

SHIPPER: This includes the Tiara Ball. When shipping, choose PayPal as payment method. Order has been prepaid with PayPal.
