Dropbox can get real full real fast. To help everyone out, let's keep on top of this.

TAKING PAYMENT

Before sharing the folder, payment must be received. Unless customer has paid deposit at the time of drop-off,take payment by DEPOSIT, then "Ready" the completed order. This will leave a record of the order in our computer for when the customer comes to pick up the film. Make the final Invoice at pick-up time.

INSTRUCTIONS:

NOW - to make someone the owner of their folder that they have received all of their images for is(to be completed roughly 2-3 weeks after folder was made/shared):
1.) Click share on folder
2.)Click their E-mail Address
3.)Click "Can Edit"
4.) Click "Make Owner"
5.) AND NOW GO TO OUR E-MAIL ADDRESS in same popup box
6.) Remove Access & DO NOT KEEP COPIES
