Course of Action[edit]
1. On the Frontline computer, on the desktop you'll find a shortcut to the Hotfolder. Open it and search for orderFailed.xml. If the order you're looking for does contain an orderFailed.xml job file, rename that file to order.xml. This will activate the order in Frontline and ColorStation. If the order you're looking for does not show up as having an orderFailed.xml go to step 2.
2. The order may have not reached the Frontline Hotfolder. Follow the steps described for handling a Frontweb Warning.
