Issues

There is a physical USB printer connected to the VMWare host and mapped to the VCSFILE server.
If there is a power outage, you may need to reconnect the printer.

1. RDP or Kaseya into VCSDC1 server
   
2. Open the vSphere client
   
3. Username root, password in safe
   
4. Select the VCSFILE server
   
5. Edit Settings for VCSFILE
   
6. In the hardware tab
   
7. add USB device
   
8. select GX7000device, click next then finish
   
9. Ask Gabe to test
